To offer you peace of mind, we provide a 3-day return policy for items that are unused and unworn, along with a 7-day refund policy from the date of your return request. Refunds for online payments will be processed via the original payment method.

How to Process a Return/Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Prepare the Package: Ensure all items, including the original invoice, are securely packed. Address the package to:

  2. Condition Requirements: All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a return or exchange.

  3. Submit a Return Request: Log in to your account on Jewlor.com and place a return request.

  4. Email Confirmation: Send an email to support@jewlor.com with images of the product, its packaging, and attached tags to schedule a pickup.

Return Pickup & Refund Processing:

  • Once your return request is approved, our courier partner will collect the package within 3-5 business days, free of charge.
  • After the item is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 15 business days, depending on your selected payment method at the time of purchase.

Exchanges:

  • You may exchange an item for the same or another product, subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellations:

  • To cancel an order, email us at support@jewlor.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • International Orders: At this time, we do not accept return requests for international orders.
