Jewlor.com enters into a binding agreement with the buyer once an order is placed and confirmed by the company. The price mentioned in the invoice at the time of order confirmation is final and includes applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Orders confirmed by the buyer are final and cannot be canceled. However, Jewlor.com reserves the right to cancel an order if there is any unauthorized payment activity.

If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they must inform us via email at support@jewlor.com within 24 hours of delivery, along with images of the product, packaging, and invoice. A free pickup will be arranged from the provided address:

Upon receiving and passing quality checks, the correct product will be shipped within 2-3 business days.


Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel an order within one hour of placing it. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 working days.
  • If a product is incorrect or damaged, customers must inform Jewlor.com via email (support@jewlor.com) with tag details, invoice copy, and product images within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Once verified, a free pickup will be arranged within 3-5 business days.
  • After receiving and verifying the product, refunds will be processed within 15 working days.
